ORDERS
Please note, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed so it is highly advised to double check that your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, e-mail, and credit card information are all correct at checkout before placing your order.
Also, please be aware if an order is flagged as possibly fraudulent, FAUNA will reach out to the cardholder as soon as possible to verify the order was authorized and therefore avoid any further delays in processing.

SHIPPING
Customers within the U.S.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Items ship via USPS or FedEx from our studio in Southern California. Items not marked "made to order" ship  approximately within 4-7 business days after placing your order (pending availability of the item and credit verification). Made to Order items ship approximately 7-14 business days after placing your order (pending availability of the item and credit verification). Once your order has shipped it will take approximately 2-10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery time of your package will depend on your location and type of shipment you choose at checkout. *Shipping costs are non-refundable. FAUNA is not responsible for delays in shipping or lost packages.
International Customers
Items not marked "made to order" are shipped via USPS or DHL International approximately within 4-7 business days after placing your order (pending availability of the item and credit verification). Made to Order items ship approximately 7-14 business days after placing your order (pending availability of the item and credit verification). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to every country's postal system but on average it takes approximately 5-15 business days to arrive. *Any customs or duty charges are not the responsibility of FAUNA and must be paid by the customer. **Shipping costs are non-refundable. FAUNA is not responsible for delays in shipping or lost packages.

RETURNS

We want you to feel joy in your FAUNA design! Due to FAUNA being a line that is produced in small quantity we cannot offer returns for refund at this time. This is why we want our customers to make thoughtful purchases, read our product descriptions, color options, and sizing guide thoroughly to make the best choice and avoid buying too quickly leading to regret later. Grisel Ortiz, Founder and Designer of FAUNA, has many years of experience in design and is very knowledgeable when it comes to fit and construction. You can email us at info@faunabrand.com providing us with the name of the item you are interested in and your measurements (chest, waist, hips, inseam length, etc.) and Grisel will personally provide you with the best choice for you. If after you receive an item the fit just doesn’t seem right and you’d like to exchange it for another size, we will gladly be of assistance. To be eligible for an exchange: 

  1. FAUNA needs to be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your item at info@faunabrand.com to receive an RA # of approval.
  2. Item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery of your item, in new condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original protective envelope). 

Please note: 

  1. Exchanges are subject to availability (this means the same color you ordered might not be available in another size).
  2. Return shipping costs and shipping cost of the new item is the buyer’s responsibility. 
  3. Intimates, Swimwear, and Sale items are considered FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged. 
  4. FAUNA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In this case, the buyer would have to open a claim with the shipping carrier. We would assist you with providing any information you need.
